central location convenient travel nearby shop unintuitive kiosk missing phone basic amenities

the location impressed me greatly. it sits directly across from the main train station and this makes travel very simple. i liked having many shops and restaurants nearby too.

the self check-in kiosks wasn't very intuitive to use. i seen other guests needed assistance. the room lacked basic amenities for A comfortable stay, there was no phone to contact the front desk.

convenient location immaculate room helpful staff

The location proved supremely convenient. It was just across from the main station. i found the room immaculate and spacious. the staff members were consistently courteous and efficient, attending to every request with a smile. the breakfast buffet included an amazing selection of items. I thought the variety was genuinely excellent.

the immediate area outside the hotel seemed a bit unsettling during the evening.

The room offered a selection of pillows, catering to my preference... i found that very thoughtful. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the outside heat. I was happy to discover both a shower and a bathtub in my room, suiting my mood after a long day.

The front desk staff was very helpful. Cristine was especially kind and provided assistance. The staff worked hard to fulfill requests. The hotel even lent me a kettle to make tea in my room.
